Congratulations to iCare

We want to congratulate our client iCare, and their CEO Tom Lutzow for winning a 4.5 star rating as a dual eligible Medicare Managed Care Plan. iCare services the poor elderly in Wisconsin and now Medicare takes into account, thanks to Tom’s efforts, the socio-economic condition of their membership. We are also grateful for the support shown to iCare by Senator Baldwin, Congresswoman Moore, and Congressman Kind.

It is correct policy to factor in the poverty of the iCare population in Wisconsin, compare to the typical Medicare Managed Care enrollee.
