State’s decision under Affordable Care Act

Many red states are deciding now whether or not to establish their own insurance exchanges under the Affordable Care Act. Wisconsin providers have come out four square for a state exchnage. It only make sense to maintain some local control rather than be at the mercy of the federal government. But the Obamacare jihadists want to keep fighting a war that is over.
